President Biden is in Baltimore on Wednesday to promote the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill passed by the House last week. That money will go to states to complete infrastructure projects fixing and improving roads, bridges, mass transit, ports and broadband. Chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes reports.
