Two days after Diane McIver died from a gunshot wound in the back, Tex McIver, her husband of 11 years, spoke to Atlanta Police Department homicide detectives. Watch a part of the police interview where McIver explains why he asked for the gun and the moment the gun went off. | Case update: Tex McIver won his appeal for a new trial in 2022, the Georgia Supreme Court ruling that jurors should have been able to consider the lesser charge of misdemeanor involuntary manslaughter.
